Identity of the Responsible Party

In compliance with Article 10 of the LSSI[2], it is reported that the PRX Fitness website is owned by PRX Fitness, currently in the legal constitution phase. Any communication can be directed via the official email: contact@prxfitness.com. Given the developing nature of the project, the Tax ID (NIF) and registered office will be specified once the company is incorporated.

Purpose of the Website

The purpose of this site is to disseminate information about the PRX Fitness project and offer a pre-registration form for future users (professionals, sportspeople, companies) interested in the platform. It is a promotional and lead generation site, not for e-commerce or direct offer of finalized services.

Intellectual Property

All contents (texts, designs, logos, databases, code, etc.) of the portal are the property of PRX Fitness or third parties who have authorized their use. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication of such contents without authorization is prohibited. Authorized use must respect authorship mentions and content integrity.

Industrial Property

The trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs of any kind appearing on the website are the property of PRX Fitness or their legitimate owners. Use or access to the site does not grant the user any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

Responsibility for Contents

PRX Fitness is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the published contents, which are informational in nature. Likewise, the absence of errors in the materials cannot be guaranteed. Pursuant to Law 34/2002, PRX Fitness is exempt from liability for external contents that may be linked from the site[1]. In this regard, the Spanish Data Protection Agency also establishes that it is not responsible for the legality of third-party pages or their content[5]. PRX Fitness will not be responsible for the use that third parties make of the information on this portal, nor for the damages that may derive from it.

The inclusion of a link does not imply the existence of a link or legal connection with the those responsible for the pages to which it refers. Applicable Legislation

This website is governed by Spanish and Community legislation on information society services and data protection. In particular, Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE)[2], Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD)[4]. For any controversy, current Spanish regulations and the Courts of Madrid shall apply.
